Watching

How do I continue a drama I started?

Open Home. Dramas you started show up there, and the app picks up from where you left off.

Can I change playback speed or video quality?

Yes. In the player, open Player Settings to pick a speed and a video quality.

Do I need an account to watch?

No. You can use SomeDrama right away without signing in.

Maker

What is Maker?

Maker lets you create images and short videos with AI from your photos and ideas.

Where can I find what I made?

Go to Profile › My Assets. Open an image or a video and tap Save to keep it in your Photos.

My creation failed or is taking too long.

Creating can take a few minutes. Check your internet connection and try again. If it keeps failing, contact us.

Technical Issue

The video keeps freezing!

This is usually a connection issue. Check your internet, or turn airplane mode on for a few seconds, then off, and reopen the app.

If it still happens, contact us via Profile › Help & support.

My app keeps crashing!

Close other apps, restart your device, and make sure you have the latest version of SomeDrama from the App Store.

How do I contact support?

Go to Profile › Help & support and tap the email address. Your UID and app version are filled in for you. You can also email supdrama.contact@gmail.com.

Where do I find my UID?

Open the Profile tab. Your UID is shown at the top. Including it when you contact us helps us help you faster.
